Your replacement or upgrade hard drive is guaranteed to work. Assuming there are no other problems with your Archos unit. If it doesnt work, you are more than welcome to return the hard drive for a refund. A 95% restocking fee will apply. Just kidding :). You will get a refund minus shipping charges. The returned hard drive has to be in the SAME condition it was shipped to you. The hard drives themselves come with a one year warranty.
